Does Legacy have plans to choose from or do we have to purchase our own?

We have a selection of plans available to choose from. We also work closely with a local architect and Jenish distributor to ensure that you find the perfect plan.

We're thinking of building a house. At what stage do we meet with you?

Once you are ready to pick out a building lot or have a building lot already picked out it's a good idea to give us a call. We can offer advice on building locations and work with you to pick out a plan that suits your building lot and meets your needs.

We've purchased a lot in Winfield. Will Legacy build there?

Yes. Legacy of Designs builds houses in Vernon and surrounding areas including Winfield, Lumby, Spallmucheen and Armstrong.

I'd like to be hands on with the interior design, can I pick out my own colour scheme?

Yes. Brandy will work along side you in the areas that you want assistance and help you maintain consistency with the look, colors and feel that you want your new home to have.
