Build with Us
A Legacy of Designs Ltd. charges a percentage fee of budgeted construction costs which is capped once the scope of the project is known. You are provided with monthly statements and budget updates for your approval by our bookkeeper, Steve. It is this detailed and transparent project management process which ensures that customers are kept informed, involved and satisfied from start to completion.
Every home we build comes with a 10 year warranty from WBI Home Warranty Program and also carries owner selected Built Green Certified Components.
